Background:

Angélique Förster studied literature, linguistics, computational linguistics, and psychology at Ludwig Maximilian University, graduating with a Master of Arts degree. She then spent twelve years working for the International Data Group in Munich as an editor on the editorial staff of IT trade publications, where she was responsible for quality control and print approval.
Most recently, she worked as an editor for legal texts and as an executive assistant at HJR-Verlag, a division of SWMH, also in Munich.
