Background:

Bianca Biegiesch studied German and English studies at the University of Duisburg-Essen (M.A., with a focus on linguistics and gender studies). She began her career in internal corporate communications. This was followed by six years as a written customer advisor at a large Swiss company, where she handled an average of 27 written customer enquiries per day and reviewed the text modules and processes of a knowledge base for spelling and style.

Further positions took her into e-commerce as a product copywriter. In 2014, as part of a temporary project assignment, she reviewed the content for the intranet relaunch of a large Swiss company.
