She then completed an apprenticeship as a foreign-language correspondent and, while working, studied journalism and public relations at the Freie Journalistenschule Berlin. She graduated with degrees in journalism and public relations. She later earned a bachelor’s degree in business psychology, graduating with a grade of 1.6.
Since 2011, Diana Giesen has worked as a freelance editor, proofreader, journalist, and layout designer. In addition to editing and proofreading, she spent two years coaching students—including those at the University of Passau—on writing their term papers, master’s theses, and diploma theses.
With great sensitivity and understanding, she motivates students as they navigate their academic work. Her linguistic expertise stems from her work as a journalist and author, as well as from her experience in communications.
Diana Giesen is also a sought-after expert for formatting and layout work in Word, PowerPoint, or InDesign. Here, she particularly specializes in tackling tricky problems.
