Each partnership includes custom promo codes offering fixed discounts for their students depending on starter or advanced partnership. These are typically valid for one year and can be redeemed multiple times within that period. At the end of the term, we’ll review and renew the offer together. Advanced Partners can unlock more benefits such as free thesis health check, free webinar, and customized offers on request.

As a Partner, there are no costs involved, just a few simple steps to ensure we create meaningful value together. For Starter Partners, we expect you to disseminate information with your students and feature our offers on your website channel or social media.
For Advanced Partners, we invite you to actively share the exclusive benefits with your members via your website, newsletter, mailing list, and other communication channel, as well as to feature our discounts and offers prominently on your website and social media platforms. Lastly, we expect our Advanced Partners to invite their students to take part in our free webinars on academic writing and related topics.
There will be a formal partnership agreement, where we agree on the terms in detail, including expectations around visibility and communication. We aim to keep the requirements light and flexible, but Advanced Partners are generally expected to promote the partnership periodically via social media, newsletters, or student channels. We’re happy to discuss what works best for your association and find a balance that feels authentic and manageable.
