Delta Lektorat is a trusted companion for students and researchers, providing expert support in academic editing and scientific text optimization. To further scale our business and expand our digital presence, we are looking for a creative Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to join our team.

> Develop and implement social media strategies to increase our reach
> Plan, create, and publish engaging social media posts (text, image, video)
> Produce animated videos for social media and website marketing
> Manage community engagement and interact with our target audience across various platforms
> Conduct performance analysis and optimize campaigns based on KPIs
> Create and optimize landing pages and develop creative marketing campaigns
> Build and position the Delta Lektorat brand in the academic sector
> Collaborate with influencers and partners to strengthen our brand
> Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify new marketing opportunities
> Experience in digital marketing and social media management
> Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools
> Knowledge of video creation and editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.)
> Creativity and a flair for engaging content
> Excellent English skills (spoken and written), German is an advantage
> Affinity for texts, language, and academic communication
> Basic knowledge of SEO, SEA, and performance marketing is an advantage
